Kemaren bikin Nasgor, berhubung di kulkas masih ada Thousand Island ya udah dikasih deh hm...yummy...:)

Ingredients:
1-2 piring nasi putih
1 butir telur ayam
1 butir bawang bombay iris halus
Daun bawang rajang kasar
2 sdm mentega1 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm Thousand Island

Bumbu Halus:
3 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabe merah
1 buah tomat merah
terasi
garam

Pelengkap:
Krupuk/emping goreng
Kacang tanah goreng
kol, dirajang halus
tomat

Directions:
Mentega dilelehkan, beri tambahan minyak goreng sedikit
Telur dipecah di atas wajan, buat orak-arik
Masukkan bawang bombay & daun bawang
Masukkan bumbu halus
Masukkan Thousand Island
Masukkan nasi putih
Beri sedikit kecap
Aduk rata sampai matang
Sajikan dengan pelengkap

Salad ini dibuat soalna ada sisa sayur n buah tapi tinggal sedikit-sedikit, jadi deh campur-campur, aduk-aduk, jadi deh Salad Asal Campur:D

Ingredients:
1 buah nanas, iris segitiga kecil
1 buah tomat merah, potong kecil
1 buah timun buang bijinya, potong dadu
1 buah apel malang, potong dadu kecil
2 butir putih telur rebus
daun selada, sobek kecil
keripik kentang

Saus Salad:
1 buah kentang rebus
5 sdm kacang tanah goreng/selai kacang
2 butir kuning telur rebus
1 sdm susu bubuk
1 sdm saus sambal botolan
garam
gula
merica

Directions:B
ahan salad setelah dipotong2 dan dicuci ditata dalam adah mangkuk
Blender bahan saus salad, jangan lupa ya diicip rasanya:)
Siram bahan salad dengan saus salad, beri keripik kentang diatasnya

NB:kalo suka mayonaisse atau thousand island bisa langsung ditambahkan di saus salad

Belanja kesiangan:p hmm bingung mo masak apaan, eh ada usus, enaknya diapain ya? hmm dibikin kuah santan aja kali ya? bosen kalo cuma dibacem mulu:)

Ingredients:
1 bks usus (kira2 250 gr), rebus & iris kecil2
1 bks santan kara kecil (kehabisan kelapa)
Gula jawa
Kaldu bubuk
Salam
Lengkuas
Daun jeruk
Sereh
Kecap manis
Air

Bumbu Halus :
4 buah bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabe merah
2 buah cabe rawit
1 butir kemiri
garam

Directions:
- Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan salam, lengkuas, daun jeruk, sereh, gula jawa & kaldu bubuk.
- Masukkan usus, beri sedikit kecap manis, tambahkan sedikit air.
- Masukkan santan, masak sampai santan agak asat (sesuai selera).

Description: Hayo..tau pohung nggak? yup..benerr...pohung itu sama dengan ketela pohon:D Kebetulan tadi mas Danang dibawain pisang, pohung ama kelapa, ya udah deh langsung dibikin kolak, hmm...seddaappp...:D

Ingredients:
1 sisir pisang kolak (pisang kepok biasanya)
1 buah ketela pohon, potong kecil2
1 liter santan kental
2 liter santan encer
1 buah gula jawa (yg kecil tapi ya)
1 sdm gula pasir
garam (kira2 aja)
kayu manis (selera)

Directions:
- Rebus ketela pohon dengan santan encer sampai agak lunak
- Masukkan kayu manis, gula jawa, gula pasir & garam, didihkan
- Masukkan santan kental
- Terakhir masukkan pisang, aduk sampai mendidih, angkat, hidangkan.

Description:
Bingung mo masak apa ya? Berhubung Ayahnya Zidan lagi agak nggak enak badan bikin soto ayam seger kali ya:)

Ingredients:
1 potong ayam (sesuai selera)
1 sdm bawang putih goreng
lengkuas digeprek
1-2 lb daun salam
1 ikat serai digeprek
kaldu bubuk
gula pasir
air

Bumbu Halus :
5 siung bawang merah
1 ruas jahe
1 ruas kunyit
1 sdm ketumbar
1 sdm garam

Pelengkap :
Soun diseduh
Daun bawang diiris halus
Seledri diiris halus
Taoge diseduh
Kecap Manis
Sambal rawit rebus

Directions:
- Rebus ayam sampai empuk kemudian tiriskan ayam, suwir2
- Tumis bumbu halus kemudian masukkan ke air kaldu ayam, tambahkan air bila perlu
- Tambahkan kaldu bubuk, salam, lengkuas, serai, gula pasir
- Biarkan sampai mendidih (jangan lupa diicip ya:p), terakhir masukkan bawang putih goreng
- Hidangkan dengan bahan pelengkap

*Sambal rawit rebus adalah cabe rawit yg direbus lalu diulek & diberi air soto*

Description:
Tempo hari bingung mo masak apa ya? udah gitu belum belanja pula, akhirnya setelah lihat2 persediaan, ada kentang lumayan banyak ya udah deh bikin kering kentang aja deh.

Ingredients:
1/4 kg kentang, kupas & iris tipis, lalu goreng sampai kering, tiriskan
1 lb daun salam
1 iris tipis lengkuas
1 batang serai
1 lb daun jeruk
1 sdm gula jawa
garam/kaldu bubuk
100 ml air asam jawa

Bumbu halus :
3 siung bawang putih
2 buah bawang merah
3 buah cabai merah


Directions:
- Tumis bumbu halus, kemudian masukkan bahan pelengkap lainnya (kecuali kentang)
- Masak sampai air berkurang (disesuaikan dgn banyaknya kentang)
- Masukkan kentang, aduk rata sampai kentang terkena bumbu

*enak juga kalau ditambah ebi atau ikan teri, kacang tanah goreng atau sesuai selera*

Description:
Resep ini dapet dari Ibu, harusnya sih kuahnya sedikit tapi karena keluarga kita tuh suka banget ama kuah ya jadinya dibuat kuahnya yang banyak, suka bikin buat sarapan soalnya gampang n cepet, rasanya pedes manis segeeerrr:)

Ingredients:
1 bks tempe yang besar, dipotong kotak sedang ato kalo yg bungkusan daun dibagi 2
1-2 ikat daun melinjo (daun so), iris kasar
2 siung bawang putih
4 butir bawang merah
3 buah cabe merah
1 buah cabe rawit *cabe merah & cabe rawit sesuai selera*
garam
gula jawa
1/2 bks kaldu bubuk
salam
laos
air secukupnya

Directions:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih & cabe
Masukkan tempe, bumbu halus & bumbu yang lainnya ke dalam wajan/panci
Beri air secukupnya
Masak sampai tempe matang, masukkan daun melinjo, masak lagi sebentar, angkat & hidangkan.
*kalo Ibu biasanya suka dikasih minyak sayur ato bisa juga minyak jelantah waktu api mau dimatikan, katanya biar lebih sedap*

Description:
Misoa goreng ini seperti jenis gorengan yang lain, enak dimakan pake cabe rawit atau saos sambal/tomat.

Ingredients:
1 bks misoa
2 buah wortel, iris dadu kecil2
1 batang daun bawang iris halus
1 batang daun seledri iris halus
2 siung bawang putih cincang halus
1 bks kaldu bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
lada bubuk
pala bubuk
mentega
air secukupnya

Bahan tepung pencelup :
3 sdm tepung beras
2 sdm tepung terigu
1 butir telur
garam/kaldu bubuk
air secukupnya

Directions:
Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih
Masukkan daun bawang, seledri, wortel, kaldu bubuk, lada, pala & gula pasir
Beri air secukupnya, didihkan
Masukkan misoa, aduk rataTunggu sampai misoa melunak & air sat
Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega, dinginkan
Potong-potong misoa yang sudah dingin
campur semua adonan tepung pencelup
celupkan misoa ke dalam adonan tepung
Goreng sampai matang

Description:
Salah satu sayur fave selain sup kacang merah, pokokna mah kalo kacang merah seneng banged:)

Ingredients:
100 gram kacang merah, rebus sampai empuk, ambil sedikit kuahnya
100 gram buncis potong-potong
100 gram tetelan, rebus sampai empuk
4 butir bawang merah, rajang halus
2 siung bawang putih, rajang halus
2 buah cabe merah (sesuai selera), iris panjang +- 1 cm
3 buah cabe hijau (sesuai selera), iris panjang +- 1 cm
1 buah tomat, kalau bisa yang hijau
1 sdm asam jawa, beri air sdkt, remas2 & ambil airnya
Gula jawa
Garam
Kecap manis
Kaldu bubuk

Directions:
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih & cabe
Masukkan tetelan, kecap, gula, garam & kaldu bubuk
Masukkan buncis, air kaldu & air rebusan kacang merah
Masukkan tomat & air asam jawa, didihkanMasak sampai buncis empuk, angkat.

Waktu habis dapet pisang raja sesisir trus bingung mo diapain ya? soalna kalo nggak diolah pasti nggak habis2 ujung2nya busuk kan eman2 banged, akhirna setelah lihat isi dapur jadi deh Pisang Bakar Coklat Keju, Ayah seneng banged tuh (psstt apa sih yang Ayah nggak seneng:p)

Ingredients:
Pisang Raja 1 sisir
Susu kental manis coklat/meises/coklat batanganKeju

Directions:
Kupas pisang, lalu bakar di atas wajan dadar anti lengket (males pake bakaran) yang sudah diolesi mentega, setelah pisang matang, angkat dan tata di piring saji.
Setelah ditata di piring saji, beri susu coklat atau meises atau parutan coklat batangan dan tambahkan keju parut (sesuai selera)

Description:
Berhubung habis posting perkedel tahu jadi inget ama loaf tahu yang suka aku bikin juga:)

Ingredients:
Bahan2nya sama kayak kalo bikin perkedel tahu, kalo mau ditambah udang yang dihaluskan oke juga:)

Directions:
Tahu dihaluskan kemudian masukkan semua bahan yang lainnya, capur rata.
Masukkan adonan tahu ke dalam plastik putih (biasanya ukuran 1 kg) ratakan & tipiskan sekitar 1 cm (kira2 aja)
Kukus adonan sampai tanak, sekitar 20 menitanSetelah adonan matang, diamkan sampai dingin.
Loaf tahu dapat langsung dihidangkan, tapi kalau saya biasanya saya potong2 terus digoreng, kalau suka sebelum menggoreng bisa dicelup telur terlebih dahulu.

Kemaren sore ada tahu di kulkas, berhubung si Mas nggak begitu suka tahu jadi aku akalin aja dibuat perkedel tahu, hasilnya.....enaaakkk, kata Mas loh:D
Ingredients:
Tahu Sutra/Putih 1 bks (biasanya isinya 5 besar2 atau 10 kecil2)
Wortel 1 buah yg sedang potong dadu kecil2
Daun bawang 2 batang iris halusDaun seledri 1 batang iris halus
Telur 1 butir
Kaldu bubuk 1 bks

Directions:Tahu dihaluskan kemudian masukkan semua bahan lainnya sampai tercampur rata, ambil sesendok-sesendok, goreng sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan.Gampang banget kan:)

Description:
Dari dulu sebetulnya udah suka Macaroni Schotel cuma kadang baru sedikit udah "eneg", pertama kali bikin masih "eneg" trus nyoba deh dikurang2in tuh bahan, akhirnya berhasil juga bikin yang nggak terlalu "eneg" trus nggak terlalu lembek juga (soalna Ayah suka protes kalo lembek2 nggak suka), jadi buat yang suka Macaroni Schotel tp yang nggak 'eneg" mungkin bisa dicoba:)

Ingredients:
200 gram Macaroni Elbow
1 butir bawang bombay
2 butir bawang putih
2-3 sdm mentega
3 sdm tepung terigu
400 ml susu cair
100 ml air kaldu
200 gram daging segar, direbus lalu diblender
50 gram keju cheddar parut + ditambah sedikit untuk taburan
garam
merica
bubukpala diparut
kaldu sapi bubuk

Directions:
- Rebus air yang sudah diberi garam & sedikit minyak goreng, setelah mendidih masukkan macaroni, masak hingga matang (mengembang)
- Tumis mentega, bawang bombay & bawang putih sampai harum
- Masukkan tepung terigu, kemudian susu dan air kaldu, aduk sampai licin.
- Masukkan daging, keju & macaroni, tambahkan garam, merica, pala, kaldu bubuk, aduk rata
- Tuang adonan tadi ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega & tepung terigu, taburi tepung dan keju
- Panggang dalam oven sekitar 15 menit (tergantung ovennya)

Ingredients:
1 ons kacang merah rebus
1 ons daging tetelan/sandung lamur (atau sesuai selera)
3 buah wortel ukuran sedang
daun bawang dipotong-potong
daun seledri
2/3 siung bawang putih geprek
1 bawang bombay diiris kasar
1 sdt merica
1 sdt pala
1 sdt garam
1 sdm kecap
1 sdt gula pasir
air secukupnya

Directions:
Rebus daging tetelan sampai empuk
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum
Masukkan tumisan ke dalam air kaldu (tambahkan air bila kurang)
Masukkan merica, pala, garam, gula, kecap, aduk rata
Masukkan kacang merah rebus, masak sampai kacang merah empuk
Masukkan wortel, daun bawang, dan daun seledri
Didihkan sebentar, angkat.
Hidangkan dengan kecap manis & sambal tomat
